The machine
The dynamic cutting head holds zero edge taper at speed — that's APB's standard cut quality, not an upcharge. Five-axis 3D cutting handles complex radial geometry, chamfering and beveling. And the speed advantage is passed through as price: faster cutting means lower unit cost on production work.

Materials
Something else? Ask — an honest answer beats a materials page that promises everything.
Around the cut
A qualified in-house engineering department — 3D modeling with design and flow analysis, CNC programming, product design and nesting services.
250-ton × 12' CNC press brake bending complex geometry to 3/8" mild steel. 8'-wide CNC 4-roll plate roller to ½" mild steel. High-capacity shear.
3-axis router, 6' × 10' zoned vacuum bed — hardwoods, plywood, composites, plastics, Delrin, nylon, PVC, fiberglass, Garolite, carbon fiber, aluminum.
Custom parts that would otherwise be unattainable — one-offs, repairs, and production support alongside the waterjet and forming line.
One part or thousands, for marine, automotive, construction, aviation and industrial customers — American-made, on schedule.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management across the manufacturing operation — with class-certified welding one bay over when the job needs it.
Recent manufacturing work
Scheduled production cutting for industrial OEMs. CNC-rolled plate for vessel structure. Sea chests, manifolds, tanks and mounts designed, cut, welded and finished in one shop.
